an hour with Bill Gates
Charlie Rose interviews Bill Gates at Stanford University back in November of 2006. Gates discusses comparisons of his work at Microsoft to that at the foundation, the switch to philanthropic efforts, and globalization’s impact on health care, innovation, education, and America’s relative global position. Although it comes only near the end of the interview, Gates briefly describes his excitement about the spread of the pervasiveness of computers in the upcoming decade with advances in projection, display, and “natural interface” technologies.
