too much information

With a nearly unmanageable queue of things to read, inboxes to manage, and feeds to stay up to date with, as well as everything I have to read for class, I’m usually feeling pretty overloaded by the sheer volume of available material.  Though scrapping all of my feeds and starting anew helped for awhile, I’m finding more and more to read every day.  What have you done to cope with the influx?

I had this same conversation just this weekend. Ultimately, what you will have to do is to be more selective. There is an endless supply of information, you have to pick and choose which is most pressing to you.

Easier said than done, but once you accept that there is more information available than you will ever know or need, it will be easier to let some of it go.
